هُوَ ٱلَّذِي يُسَيِّرُكُمۡ فِي ٱلۡبَرِّ وَٱلۡبَحۡرِۖ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا كُنتُمۡ فِي ٱلۡفُلۡكِ وَجَرَيۡنَ بِهِم بِرِيحٖ طَيِّبَةٖ وَفَرِحُواْ بِهَا جَآءَتۡهَا رِيحٌ عَاصِفٞ وَجَآءَهُمُ ٱلۡمَوۡجُ مِن كُلِّ مَكَانٖ وَظَنُّوٓاْ أَنَّهُمۡ أُحِيطَ بِهِمۡ دَعَوُاْ ٱللَّهَ مُخۡلِصِينَ لَهُ ٱلدِّينَ لَئِنۡ أَنجَيۡتَنَا مِنۡ هَٰذِهِۦ لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلشَّٰكِرِينَ
It is He Who enables you to travel through the land and sea, until when you are in the ships and they sail with those on board and rejoicing in a favorable wind, then suddenly a stormy wind comes, with waves crashing into them on all sides, and they feel that there is no escape. Then they cry out to Allah[24] with sincere devotion to Him, “If You save us from this, we will surely be among those who are grateful.” (Rowwad Translation)
Él es Quien hace que podáis viajar por tierra y por mar. Y cuando os halláis a bordo de una embarcación y navegáis con buen viento, os alegráis; pero, si después sopla un viento tempestuoso y las olas os rodean por todas partes y creéis que ha llegado vuestro fin, invocáis a Al-lah con una fe sincera diciéndole: «Si nos salvas de esta situación, seremos, sin duda alguna, agradecidos». C’est Lui Qui vous permet de vous déplacer sur terre et en mer. Et quand vous êtes à bord de vos bateaux avec des vents favorables qui les font courir (allégrement sur les flots), ceux qui se trouvent à bord s’en réjouissent. Mais dès qu’un vent impétueux se déchaîne sur eux, que les vagues les assaillent de toutes parts et qu’ils se sentent cernés par la mort, les voilà qui invoquent Allah en Lui vouant un culte sincère : « Si Tu nous sauves (de ce danger), nous Te serons reconnaissants ! » (Noor International)
वही है जो तुम्हें जल और थल में चलाता है, यहाँ तक कि जब तुम नावों में होते हो और वे उन्हें लेकर अच्छी (अनुकूल) हवा के सहारे चल पड़ती हैं और वे उससे प्रसन्न हो उठते हैं, कि अचानक एक तेज़ हवा उन (नावों) पर आती है और उनपर प्रत्येक स्थान से लहरें आ जाती हैं और वे समझते हैं कि निःसंदेह उन्हें घेर लिया गया है, तो वे अल्लाह को इस तरह पुकारते हैं कि उसके लिए हर इबादत को विशुद्ध करने वाले[9] होते हैं, निश्चय अगर तूने हमें उससे नजात दे दी, तो हम अवश्य ही शुक्रगुज़ारों में से होंगे। (Al-Umary)
安拉使你们在陆上和海上旅行。当你们坐在船中，乘顺风而航行，并因风而欣喜的时候，暴风向船袭来，波涛从各处滚来，船里的人猜想自己已被包围，他们虔诚地祈祷安拉：“如果你使我们脱离这次灾难，我们必定感谢你。” (Makin)
