إِنَّمَا مَثَلُ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَا كَمَآءٍ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ فَٱخۡتَلَطَ بِهِۦ نَبَاتُ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ مِمَّا يَأۡكُلُ ٱلنَّاسُ وَٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمُ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَآ أَخَذَتِ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ زُخۡرُفَهَا وَٱزَّيَّنَتۡ وَظَنَّ أَهۡلُهَآ أَنَّهُمۡ قَٰدِرُونَ عَلَيۡهَآ أَتَىٰهَآ أَمۡرُنَا لَيۡلًا أَوۡ نَهَارٗا فَجَعَلۡنَٰهَا حَصِيدٗا كَأَن لَّمۡ تَغۡنَ بِٱلۡأَمۡسِۚ كَذَٰلِكَ نُفَصِّلُ ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ لِقَوۡمٖ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ
The likeness of the life of this world is that of the rain that We send down from the sky, and it mixes with the plants of the earth, from which both humans and livestock eat. Then when the earth is in its splendor and its fairest appearance, and its owners feel that they have full control over it, Our command comes to it, by night or by day, and We reduce it to stubble, as if it had not flourished the day before[26]. This is how We make the signs clear for people who reflect. (Rowwad Translation)
Ciertamente, la vida mundanal se asemeja a la lluvia que hacemos descender del cielo que hace que broten todo tipo de plantas que se entremezclan, de las que se alimentan los hombres y los animales. Y cuando la tierra se adorna y se embellece (con sus frutos) y quienes la habitan creen que pueden disponer de ella, entonces enviamos sobre la tierra Nuestra orden (de destrucción) por la noche o durante el día y la dejamos baldía como si el día anterior no hubiese tenido frutos. Así es como aclaramos las pruebas de Nuestro poder a gentes que reflexionan. (Noor International)
La vie en ce bas monde est semblable à l’eau que Nous faisons descendre du ciel et grâce à laquelle poussent les plantes de la terre dont se nourrissent les hommes et les animaux. Mais lorsque la terre prend tous ses aspects parés et embellis, et que ses habitants pensent qu’ils en ont le parfait contrôle, il lui vient Notre ordre, de nuit ou de jour, et Nous la réduisons en champ moissonné, comme si elle n’avait pas été verdoyante la veille. C’est ainsi que Nous détaillons les Signes à des gens qui savent réfléchir. (Noor International)
सांसारिक जीवन की मिसाल तो बस उस पानी जैसी है, जिसे हमने आकाश से बरसाया, तो उसके साथ धरती से उगने वाले पौधे ख़ूब मिल गए, जिन्हें इनसान और जानवर खाते हैं, यहाँ तक कि जब धरती ने अपनी शोभा पूरी कर ली और खूब ससज्जित हो गई और उसके मालिकों ने समझ लिया कि निःसंदेह वे उसपर सक्षम हैं, तो रात या दिन में उसपर हमारा आदेश आ गया, तो हमने उसे कटी हुई कर दिया, जैसे वह कल थी ही नहीं।[11] इसी प्रकार हम उन लोगों के लिए आयतें खोलकर बयान करते हैं, जो मनन-चिंतन करते हैं। (Al-Umary)
今世的生活，就像是从天上降下雨水，地里的禾苗，即人和牲畜所吃的东西——就因之而繁茂起来。直到田地穿上盛装，打扮的很美丽，而农夫猜想自己可以获得丰收的时候，我的命令在黑夜或白昼降临那些田地，我使五谷只留下茬儿，仿佛新近没有种过庄稼一样。我为能思维的民众这样解释许多迹象。 (Makin)
