الآية السابقة
۞ وَجَٰوَزۡنَا بِبَنِيٓ إِسۡرَٰٓءِيلَ ٱلۡبَحۡرَ فَأَتۡبَعَهُمۡ فِرۡعَوۡنُ وَجُنُودُهُۥ بَغۡيٗا وَعَدۡوًاۖ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَآ أَدۡرَكَهُ ٱلۡغَرَقُ قَالَ ءَامَنتُ أَنَّهُۥ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا ٱلَّذِيٓ ءَامَنَتۡ بِهِۦ بَنُوٓاْ إِسۡرَٰٓءِيلَ وَأَنَا۠ مِنَ ٱلۡمُسۡلِمِينَ
We led the Children of Israel across the sea, then Pharaoh and his soldiers pursued them out of transgression and tyranny, until when he was drowning, he said, “I believe that none has the right to be worshiped except He in whom the Children of Israel believe, and I am one of those who submit to Allah.” (Rowwad Translation)
E hicimos que los hijos de Israel cruzaran el mar; mas los persiguieron el Faraón y su ejército con tiranía y hostilidad. Y cuando (las aguas se abatieron sobre el Faraón y) él se estaba ahogando (y vio el castigo de Al-lah), dijo: «Creo que no hay más dios que Aquel en el que creen los hijos de Israel y soy de quienes se someten a Él». Nous fîmes franchir la mer aux Enfants d’Israël. Pharaon et ses soldats les poursuivirent alors, acharnés et hostiles. Quand il fut sur le point de se noyer, (Pharaon) s’écria : « Je crois qu’il n’y a d’autre dieu que Celui en Qui ont cru les Enfants d’Israël, et je suis du nombre des Soumis. » (Noor International)
और हमने बनी इसराईल को सागर पार करा दिया, तो फ़िरऔन और उसकी सेना ने सरकशी और ज़्यादती करते हुए उनका पीछा किया। यहाँ तक कि जब वह डूबने लगा, तो बोला : मैं ईमान ले आया कि निःसंदेह उसके सिवा कोई पूज्य नहीं, जिसपर बनी इसराईल ईमान लाए हैं और मैं आज्ञाकारियों में से हूँ। (Al-Umary)
我曾使以色列人渡海，于是法老和他的军队残暴地追赶他们，直到他将被淹死的时候，他才说：“我确信，除以色列人所归信者外，绝无应受崇拜的；同时，我是一个顺从者。” (Makin)
