قَالَتۡ فَذَٰلِكُنَّ ٱلَّذِي لُمۡتُنَّنِي فِيهِۖ وَلَقَدۡ رَٰوَدتُّهُۥ عَن نَّفۡسِهِۦ فَٱسۡتَعۡصَمَۖ وَلَئِن لَّمۡ يَفۡعَلۡ مَآ ءَامُرُهُۥ لَيُسۡجَنَنَّ وَلَيَكُونٗا مِّنَ ٱلصَّٰغِرِينَ
She said, “This is the one for whose love you reproached me. I did try to seduce him but he abstained. If he does not follow my order, he will surely be imprisoned and will be fully humiliated.” (Rowwad Translation)
Entonces, ella dijo: «He aquí aquel por quien me criticabais.Y es cierto que quise seducirlo, pero él se resistió. Mas si no hace (ahora) lo que le ordeno, será encarcelado o humillado». (Noor International)
Elle dit : « Voilà celui à cause de qui vous me couvriez de reproches. Oui, j’ai tenté de le séduire, mais il s’est bien prémuni (contre mes avances). Et d’ailleurs s’il s’obstine encore à ne pas faire ce que je lui ordonne, il sera certes emprisonné et sera du nombre des humiliés. » (Noor International)
वह बोली : यह वही है, जिसके बारे में तुम मेरी निंदा कर रही थीं। वास्तव में, मैंने ही उसे रिझाया था, मगर वह बच निकला। और यदि वह मेरी बात न मानेगा, तो अवश्य ही बंदी बना दिया जाएगा और अवश्य ही अपमानित होगा। (Al-Umary)
她说：“这就是你们为他而责备我的那个人。我确已勾引他，但他洁身自好。如果他再不听从我的命令，他势必要坐牢，他势必成为自甘下贱的人。” (Makin)
