يَمۡحُواْ ٱللَّهُ مَا يَشَآءُ وَيُثۡبِتُۖ وَعِندَهُۥٓ أُمُّ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ
Allah eliminates what He wills or affirms it[31], and with Him is the Master Book[32]. (Rowwad Translation)
