الآية السابقة
وَفِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ قِطَعٞ مُّتَجَٰوِرَٰتٞ وَجَنَّٰتٞ مِّنۡ أَعۡنَٰبٖ وَزَرۡعٞ وَنَخِيلٞ صِنۡوَانٞ وَغَيۡرُ صِنۡوَانٖ يُسۡقَىٰ بِمَآءٖ وَٰحِدٖ وَنُفَضِّلُ بَعۡضَهَا عَلَىٰ بَعۡضٖ فِي ٱلۡأُكُلِۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَٰتٖ لِّقَوۡمٖ يَعۡقِلُونَ
And on the earth there are neighboring [yet different] tracts of land, and gardens of grapevines, grains and palm trees – some growing in clusters from one root or standing alone. They are all irrigated with the same water, yet We cause some of them to excel others in taste. Indeed, there are signs in this for people of understanding. (Rowwad Translation)
Y en la tierra hay terrenos distintos que son colindantes y hay viñedos, cultivos y palmeras, algunas de las cuales parten de un mismo tronco y otras, no; y todo es irrigado por una misma agua (a pesar de sus diferencias). Y preferimos unos frutos a otros. Ciertamente, en todo ello hay pruebas (del poder de Al-lah) para gentes que razonan. (Noor International)
Sur terre, il y a des lots de terrain contigus, des jardins de vigne, des champs de céréales et des palmiers poussant de troncs communs ou séparés. Ils sont arrosés de la même eau mais Nous faisons que certains aient meilleur goût que d’autres : il y a bien là des Signes pour des gens qui savent raisonner. (Noor International)
और धरती में आपस में मिले हुए विभिन्न खंड हैं, तथा अंगूरों के बाग़, खेती और खजूर के पेड़ हैं, कई तनों वाले और एक तने वाले, जो एक ही जल से सींचे जाते हैं, और हम उनमें से कुछ को स्वाद आदि में कुछ से बढ़ा देते हैं। निःसंदेह इसमें उन लोगों के लिए निश्चय बहुत-सी निशानियाँ हैं, जो सूझ-बूझ रखते हैं। (Al-Umary)
大地上有许多邻近的区域，有葡萄园，有庄稼，有椰枣树，其中有二株同根生的，二株异根生的，（这些都是）用同样的水灌溉的，我却使这一部分果实比那一部分佳美。对于能理解的民众，此中确有许多迹象。 (Makin)
