وَضَرَبَ ٱللَّهُ مَثَلٗا قَرۡيَةٗ كَانَتۡ ءَامِنَةٗ مُّطۡمَئِنَّةٗ يَأۡتِيهَا رِزۡقُهَا رَغَدٗا مِّن كُلِّ مَكَانٖ فَكَفَرَتۡ بِأَنۡعُمِ ٱللَّهِ فَأَذَٰقَهَا ٱللَّهُ لِبَاسَ ٱلۡجُوعِ وَٱلۡخَوۡفِ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَصۡنَعُونَ
Allah presents an example of a town[70] that was safe and secure, receiving its provision in abundance from all directions. Yet its people showed ingratitude to Allah’s favors, so Allah made them taste overwhelming hunger and fear for what they used to do. (Rowwad Translation)
Y Al-lah expone el ejemplo de una ciudad[478] cuyos habitantes gozaban de seguridad y tranquilidad y a donde llegaba un generoso sustento procedente de todas partes. Y, sin embargo, negaron las gracias que Al-lah les había concedido y Él les hizo padecer hambre y miedo por lo que habían hecho. (Noor International)
Allah donne en exemple une cité qui vivait paisiblement et en toute sécurité. Sa nourriture lui venait de toutes parts en abondance, mais elle renia les bienfaits d’Allah. Allah lui fit goûter alors la souffrance de la faim et de la peur, pour prix des actions (de ses habitants). (Noor International)
अल्लाह ने एक बस्ती का उदाहरण दिया है, जो सुरक्षा और शांति वाली थी। उसकी रोज़ी प्रत्येक स्थान से आसानी के साथ पहुँच रही थी। फिर उसने अल्लाह की नेमतों की नाशुक्री की, तो अल्लाह ने उसे भूख और भय का वस्त्र[50] पहना दिया, उसके बदले जो वे[51] किया करते थे। (Al-Umary)
安拉打一个比喻：一个市镇，原是安全的，安稳的，丰富的给养从各方运来，但镇上的居民辜负安拉的恩惠，所以安拉因他们的行为而使他们尝试极度的饥荒和恐怖。 (Makin)
