هَلۡ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَّآ أَن تَأۡتِيَهُمُ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ أَوۡ يَأۡتِيَ أَمۡرُ رَبِّكَۚ كَذَٰلِكَ فَعَلَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡۚ وَمَا ظَلَمَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ وَلَٰكِن كَانُوٓاْ أَنفُسَهُمۡ يَظۡلِمُونَ
Are [the disbelievers] waiting for the angels to come to them[20] or for the command of your Lord to come[21]? Those who came before them did the same. It was not Allah Who wronged them, but it was they who wronged themselves. (Rowwad Translation)
¿Acaso esperan,quienes rechazan la verdad, a que se presenten ante ellos los ángeles para tomar sus almas o a que llegue la orden de su Señor (del Día de la Resurrección, cuando de nada les sirva ya creer)? Igualmente hicieron quienes los precedieron, y Al-lah no fue injusto con ellos, sino que fueron ellos los injustos consigo mismos (al negar la verdad). (Noor International)
Attendent-ils donc (pour devenir croyants) que les Anges viennent les surprendre ou qu’advienne l’ordre d’Allah ? C’est ainsi qu’avaient fait leurs prédécesseurs. Allah ne les avait point lésés, ils se lésaient eux-mêmes. (Noor International)
क्या वे इस बात की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे हैं कि उनके पास फ़रिश्ते[11] आ जाएँ, अथवा आपके पालनहार का आदेश[12] आ पहुँचे? ऐसे ही उन लोगों ने किया, जो इनसे पहले थे और अल्लाह ने उनपर अत्याचार नहीं किया, लेकिन वे स्वयं अपने आपपर अत्याचार किया करते थे। (Al-Umary)
（不信道者）只能等待天使们来临他们，或等待你的主的命令降临。在他们之前的人就是这样做的。安拉没有亏枉他们，但他们却亏枉了自己。 (Makin)
