يَٰزَكَرِيَّآ إِنَّا نُبَشِّرُكَ بِغُلَٰمٍ ٱسۡمُهُۥ يَحۡيَىٰ لَمۡ نَجۡعَل لَّهُۥ مِن قَبۡلُ سَمِيّٗا
[Allah said], “O Zachariah, We give you the glad tidings of a son, whose name will be John – a name that We have not given to anyone before.” (Rowwad Translation)
(Al-lah le respondió a través de un ángel diciéndole:) «¡Zacarías!, te anunciamos la llegada de un hijo que se llamará Yahia (Juan). No hemos asignado este nombre a nadie con anterioridad[543]». (Noor International)
« Ô Zacharie, Nous t’annonçons l’heureuse nouvelle (de la naissance) d’un fils dont le nom sera Yahyâ (Jean) et auquel Nous n’avons jamais donné d’homonyme. » (Noor International)
ऐ ज़करिय्या! निःसंदेह हम तुझे एक बालक की शुभ सूचना देते हैं, जिसका नाम यह़्या है। हमने इससे पहले उसका कोई समनाम नहीं बनाया। (Al-Umary)
