فَٱسۡتَجَبۡنَا لَهُۥ وَوَهَبۡنَا لَهُۥ يَحۡيَىٰ وَأَصۡلَحۡنَا لَهُۥ زَوۡجَهُۥٓۚ إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ يُسَٰرِعُونَ فِي ٱلۡخَيۡرَٰتِ وَيَدۡعُونَنَا رَغَبٗا وَرَهَبٗاۖ وَكَانُواْ لَنَا خَٰشِعِينَ
So We answered his prayer and gave him John, and made his wife fertile. They used to hasten in doing good deeds and used to call upon Us with hope and fear, and they were humble before Us. (Rowwad Translation)
Y respondimos a su súplica, y le concedimos a Yahia (Juan Bautista) tras hacer que su esposa fuese fértil. Todos (esos profetas)se apresuraban a realizar buenas acciones y Nos rogaban anhelando (Nuestra misericordia) y temiendo (Nuestro castigo); y Nos adoraban con humilde sumisión. (Noor International)
Nous l’exauçâmes, (lui aussi), lui fîmes don de Yahyâ (Jean le Baptiste) et guérîmes son épouse.[329] Tous rivalisaient de vertu et Nous invoquaient pleins d’espoir et avec crainte ; tous se recueillaient, humbles devant Nous. (Noor International)
तो हमने उनकी दुआ क़बूल की और उन्हें यह़या प्रदान किया, और उनकी पत्नी को उनके लिए ठीक कर दिया। निःसंदेह वे नेकी के कामों में बहुत जल्दी करते थे और हमें आशा तथा भय के साथ पुकारते थे, और वे हमसे दीनतापूर्वक विनती करने वाले थे। (Al-Umary)
我就答应他，而且赏赐他叶哈雅，并改正他的妻子。他们争先行善，他们因希望和恐惧而呼吁我，他们对于我是恭顺的。 (Makin)
