الآية السابقة
وَٱلۡقَوَٰعِدُ مِنَ ٱلنِّسَآءِ ٱلَّٰتِي لَا يَرۡجُونَ نِكَاحٗا فَلَيۡسَ عَلَيۡهِنَّ جُنَاحٌ أَن يَضَعۡنَ ثِيَابَهُنَّ غَيۡرَ مُتَبَرِّجَٰتِۭ بِزِينَةٖۖ وَأَن يَسۡتَعۡفِفۡنَ خَيۡرٞ لَّهُنَّۗ وَٱللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٞ
As for elderly women who have no interest in marriage, there is no blame on them if they take off their outer garments without revealing their beauty. But if they modestly refrain from it, that is better for them. And Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing. (Rowwad Translation)
Y las mujeres que hayan alcanzado una avanzada edad y ya no sientan deseo de casarse (ni despierten en los hombres deseo alguno) no incurren en falta si relajan ligeramente sus vestimentas externas, siempre que no dejen de cubrir el cuerpo y no pretendan con ello mostrar algún atractivo. Mas si se cubren completamente con dichas prendas externas, es mejor para ellas. Y Al-lah oye y conoce todas las cosas. (Noor International)
Les femmes ayant atteint la ménopause et n’espérant plus se marier, peuvent, sans encourir aucun grief, quitter leurs vêtements extérieurs sans pour autant exhiber leurs parures. Mais si elles tiennent à leur pudeur, cela est, pour elles, bien meilleur. Allah Entend Tout et Il est Omniscient. (Noor International)
तथा जो बूढ़ी स्त्रियाँ विवाह की आशा न रखती हों, उनपर कोई दोष नहीं कि अपनी (पर्दे की) चादरें उतारकर रख दें, प्रतिबंध यह है कि किसी प्रकार की शोभा का प्रदर्शन करने वाली न हों। और यदि (इससे भी) बचें[43] तो उनके लिए अधिक अच्छा है। और अल्लाह सब कुछ सुनने वाला, सब कुछ जानने वाला है। (Al-Umary)
不希望结婚的老妇，脱去外衣，而不以首饰炫耀美色，这对于她们是无罪过的。自己检点，对她们是更好的。安拉是全聪的，是全知的。 (Makin)
