وَٱسۡتَكۡبَرَ هُوَ وَجُنُودُهُۥ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ بِغَيۡرِ ٱلۡحَقِّ وَظَنُّوٓاْ أَنَّهُمۡ إِلَيۡنَا لَا يُرۡجَعُونَ
He and his soldiers were arrogant in the land without any right and thought that they would not be brought back to Us. (Rowwad Translation)
Y él y su ejército fueron arrogantes en la tierra sin derecho alguno y pensaron que no retornarían a Nos (para ser juzgados el Día de la Resurrección). (Noor International)

तथा वह और उसकी सेना बिना किसी अधिकार के देश में बड़े बन बैठे और उन्होंने सोचा कि निश्चित रूप से वे हमारे पास वापस नहीं लाए जाएँगे। (Al-Umary)
