قَالَ إِنَّمَآ أُوتِيتُهُۥ عَلَىٰ عِلۡمٍ عِندِيٓۚ أَوَلَمۡ يَعۡلَمۡ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ قَدۡ أَهۡلَكَ مِن قَبۡلِهِۦ مِنَ ٱلۡقُرُونِ مَنۡ هُوَ أَشَدُّ مِنۡهُ قُوَّةٗ وَأَكۡثَرُ جَمۡعٗاۚ وَلَا يُسۡـَٔلُ عَن ذُنُوبِهِمُ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمُونَ
He said, “I have been given all this because of the knowledge that I have.” Did he not know that Allah destroyed some generations before him who were superior to him in power and greater in accumulating [wealth]? There will be no need for the wicked to be asked about their sins[35]. (Rowwad Translation)
(Qarun) respondió: «Ello me ha sido concedido debido al conocimiento que poseo». ¿Acaso no sabía (Qarun) que Al-lah destruyó con anterioridad generaciones más fuertes que él que habían acumulado más (bienes)? Mas los pecadores que niegan la verdad no serán cuestionados por sus pecados, (porque Al-lah tendrá conocimiento de ellos). (Noor International)
« Ce qui m’a été donné, fit Qârûn (Coré), je l’ai eu grâce à une science que je détiens ! » Mais, ne savait-il donc pas qu’Allah avait fait périr, avant lui, des générations encore plus puissantes et plus riches ? Mais les criminels ne seront (même) pas interrogés à propos de leurs péchés (avant d’être jetés en Enfer). (Noor International)
उसने कहा : ''मुझे तो यह उस ज्ञान के कारण दिया गया है जो मेरे पास है।'' और क्या उसने नहीं जाना कि निःसंदेह अल्लाह उससे पहले कई समुदायों को विनष्ट कर चुका है, जो शक्ति में उससे बढ़कर और धन-दौलत में उससे अधिक थे। और अपराधियों से उनके पापों के बारे में पूछा नहीं जाएगा। (Al-Umary)
他说：“我获得这项财富，只是因为我有特殊的知识罢了。”难道他不知道吗？在他之前，安拉所毁灭的各个世代的恶人，有比他能力更强、积蓄更多的。犯罪的人，是不必加以审问的。 (Makin)
