وَيَسۡـَٔلُونَكَ عَنِ ٱلۡمَحِيضِۖ قُلۡ هُوَ أَذٗى فَٱعۡتَزِلُواْ ٱلنِّسَآءَ فِي ٱلۡمَحِيضِ وَلَا تَقۡرَبُوهُنَّ حَتَّىٰ يَطۡهُرۡنَۖ فَإِذَا تَطَهَّرۡنَ فَأۡتُوهُنَّ مِنۡ حَيۡثُ أَمَرَكُمُ ٱللَّهُۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلتَّوَّٰبِينَ وَيُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُتَطَهِّرِينَ
They ask you about menstruation. Say: “It is impurity; so stay away from women during menstruation[115] and do not have intercourse with them until they become pure. When they are cleansed[116], then have intimacy with them as Allah has commanded you. Allah loves those who frequently repent and He loves those who purify themselves. (Rowwad Translation)
Y te preguntan (¡oh, Muhammad!) acerca de la menstruación. Diles: «Es algo impuro, así que alejaos de (mantener relaciones íntimas con) vuestras mujeres durante sus periodos hasta que estén limpias. Y cuando se hayan purificado (con un baño completo o gusul) uníos a ellas como Al-lah os ordena[73]. En verdad, Al-lah ama a quienes se vuelven constantemente a Él en arrepentimiento y a quienes se purifican. (Noor International)
Et ils t’interrogent sur la menstruation (des femmes). Dis : « Cela est nuisible (à votre santé). Éloignez-vous donc des femmes pendant la crise menstruelle et ne les approchez que lorsqu’elles redeviendront pures. Alors, une fois qu’elles seront redevenues pures, reprenez vos rapports intimes avec elles selon ce qu’Allah vous a ordonné. Allah aime les repentants et Il aime ceux qui s’emploient à se purifier. तथा वे आपसे मासिक धर्म के विषय में पूछते हैं। आप कह दें : वह एक तरह की गंदगी है। अतः मासिक धर्म की स्थिति में औरतों से अलग रहो और उनके पास न जाओ, यहाँ तक कि वे पाक हो जाएँ। फिर जब वे (स्नान करके) पाक-साफ़ हो जाएँ, तो उनके पास आओ, जहाँ से अल्लाह ने तुम्हें अनुमति दी है। निःसंदेह अल्लाह उनसे प्रेम करता है जो बहुत तौबा करने वाले हैं और उनसे प्रेम करता है जो बहुत पाक रहने वाले हैं। (Al-Umary)
他们问你月经(的律例)，你说：“月经是有害的，故在经期中你们应当离开妻子，不要与她们交接，直到她们清洁。当她们洗净的时候，你们可以在安拉所命你们的部位与她们交接。”安拉的确喜爱悔罪的人，的确喜爱洁净的人。 (Makin)
