يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ ٱتَّقُواْ رَبَّكُمۡ وَٱخۡشَوۡاْ يَوۡمٗا لَّا يَجۡزِي وَالِدٌ عَن وَلَدِهِۦ وَلَا مَوۡلُودٌ هُوَ جَازٍ عَن وَالِدِهِۦ شَيۡـًٔاۚ إِنَّ وَعۡدَ ٱللَّهِ حَقّٞۖ فَلَا تَغُرَّنَّكُمُ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَلَا يَغُرَّنَّكُم بِٱللَّهِ ٱلۡغَرُورُ
O people, fear your Lord and dread a day when no father will avail his son, nor will a son avail his father anything. The promise of Allah is true, so do not let the life of this world deceive you, nor let the Chief Deceiver [Satan] deceive you concerning Allah. (Rowwad Translation)
¡Oh, gentes!, temed a vuestro Señor y temed el Día (de la Resurrección) en que nada podrá hacer un padre por su hijo ni un hijo por su padre. La promesa de Al-lah es cierta. No os dejéis seducir por la vida mundanal ni dejéis que el seductor (el Demonio) os engañe sobre Al-lah. (Noor International)
Ô hommes ! Craignez votre Seigneur ! Redoutez un jour où le père ne pourra racheter son enfant, ni l’enfant racheter son père. La promesse d’Allah est pure vérité. Que la vie en ce bas monde ne vous séduise pas, et que ne vous abuse point au sujet d’Allah (Satan) le suborneur ! (Noor International)
ऐ लोगो! अपने पालनहार से डरो तथा उस दिन से डरो, जिस दिन कोई पिता अपनी संतान के काम नहीं आएगा और न कोई पुत्र अपने पिता के कुछ काम आ सकेगा।[16] निःसंदेह अल्लाह का वादा सच्चा है। अतः सांसारिक जीवन तुम्हें कदापि धोखे में न रखे और न धोखेबाज़ (शैतान) तुम्हें अल्लाह के बारे में धोखा देने पाए। (Al-Umary)
人们啊！你们应当敬畏你们的主，你们应当畏惧那一日，父亲对儿子毫无裨益，儿子对于父亲也毫无裨益。安拉的应许，确是真的。绝不要让今世的生活欺骗你们，绝不要让猾贼以安拉的容忍欺骗你们。 (Makin)
