وَلَنُذِيقَنَّهُم مِّنَ ٱلۡعَذَابِ ٱلۡأَدۡنَىٰ دُونَ ٱلۡعَذَابِ ٱلۡأَكۡبَرِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَرۡجِعُونَ
We will certainly make them taste some minor punishment[7] prior to the greater punishment[8], so that they may return. (Rowwad Translation)
Y haremos que sufran un castigo menor (en esta vida) antes del gran castigo (del fuego en la otra) para que, tal vez así, regresen (a la fe). (Noor International)
Nous leur ferons d’abord goûter le supplice mineur (de ce bas monde), avant celui plus grand (de l’autre monde). Peut-être reviendront-ils (au droit chemin). (Noor International)
और निश्चय हम उन्हें (आख़िरत की) सबसे बड़ी यातना से पहले (दुनिया की) निकटतम यातना अवश्य चखाएँगे, ताकि वे पलट आएँ।[6] (Al-Umary)
