يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِذَا نَكَحۡتُمُ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِ ثُمَّ طَلَّقۡتُمُوهُنَّ مِن قَبۡلِ أَن تَمَسُّوهُنَّ فَمَا لَكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِنَّ مِنۡ عِدَّةٖ تَعۡتَدُّونَهَاۖ فَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ وَسَرِّحُوهُنَّ سَرَاحٗا جَمِيلٗا
O you who believe, when you marry believing women and then divorce them before the marriage is consummated[40], you have no reason to ask them to observe any waiting period[41], so give them compensation and release them in a pleasant manner. (Rowwad Translation)
¡Oh, creyentes!, si os casáis con mujeres creyentes y las divorciáis antes de haber consumado el matrimonio, estas no tienen que cumplir ningún periodo de espera (para volvera casarse). Dadles una buena provisión en compensación y dejadlas libres de buena manera. (Noor International)
Ô vous qui avez cru ! Quand vous épousez des croyantes puis divorcez d’avec elles avant d’avoir consommé le mariage, vous n’avez aucune période de viduité (‘idda) à leur imposer. Offrez-leur en jouissance quelque bien compensatoire et libérez-les d’une bien belle manière. (Noor International)
ऐ ईमान वालो! जब तुम ईमान वाली स्त्रियों से विवाह करो, फिर उन्हें हाथ लगाने से पहले ही तलाक़ दे दो, तो तुम्हारे लिए उनपर कोई इद्दत[35] नहीं, जिसकी तुम गिनती करो। अतः तुम उन्हें कुछ सामान दे दो और उन्हें भलाई के साथ विदा कर दो। (Al-Umary)
信道的人们啊！你们若娶信道的妇女，然后在交接前休了她们，那么，她们不该为你们而守限期，所以你们应当使她们享受，应当让她们依礼而离去。 (Makin)
