مَن كَانَ يُرِيدُ ٱلۡعِزَّةَ فَلِلَّهِ ٱلۡعِزَّةُ جَمِيعًاۚ إِلَيۡهِ يَصۡعَدُ ٱلۡكَلِمُ ٱلطَّيِّبُ وَٱلۡعَمَلُ ٱلصَّٰلِحُ يَرۡفَعُهُۥۚ وَٱلَّذِينَ يَمۡكُرُونَ ٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتِ لَهُمۡ عَذَابٞ شَدِيدٞۖ وَمَكۡرُ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُوَ يَبُورُ
Whoever seeks honor, then all honor belongs to Allah alone. To Him ascend good words, and righteous deeds raise them[1]. But those who plan evil deeds there will be a severe punishment for them, and the plans of such people will perish. (Rowwad Translation)
Quien quiera poder y gloria (que sepa que) todo el poder y la gloria pertenecen a Al-lah (y que solo pueden conseguirlos obedeciéndolo a Él). A Él ascienden las buenas palabras[828] y enaltece las buenas acciones (de los hombres). Y quienes tramen cualquier mala acción tendrán un severo castigo y sus planes se desmoronarán. Quiconque ambitionne la puissance (doit savoir qu’) à Allah appartient la Toute-Puissance. Vers Lui monte la bonne parole. Quant à l’œuvre de bien, Il l’élève bien haut. Ceux qui trament des intrigues auront un terrible supplice, et leurs intrigues seront avortées. (Noor International)
जो व्यक्ति सम्मान (इज़्ज़त) चाहता है, तो सब सम्मान अल्लाह ही के लिए है। पवित्र वाक्य[5] उसी की ओर चढ़ते हैं और सत्कर्म उन्हें ऊपर उठाता[6] है। तथा जो लोग बुरी चालें चलते हैं, उनके लिए कठोर यातना है और उनकी चाल ही मटियामेट होकर रहेगी। (Al-Umary)
欲得光荣者，须知光荣全归安拉。良言将为他所知，他升起善行。图谋不轨者，将受严厉的刑罚；这些人的图谋，是不能得逞的。 (Makin)
