وَلَوۡ أَنَّ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ مَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ جَمِيعٗا وَمِثۡلَهُۥ مَعَهُۥ لَٱفۡتَدَوۡاْ بِهِۦ مِن سُوٓءِ ٱلۡعَذَابِ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِۚ وَبَدَا لَهُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ مَا لَمۡ يَكُونُواْ يَحۡتَسِبُونَ
If the wrongdoers were to possess all that is on earth and the like of it, they would surely offer it to ransom themselves from the terrible punishment on the Day of Resurrection. There will appear to them from Allah what they had never anticipated[12]. (Rowwad Translation)
Y si los injustos (que rechazan la verdad) poseyeran todos los bienes y tesoros existentes en la tierra, e incluso el doble, lo ofrecerían, sin duda alguna, para librarse del castigo el Día de la Resurrección (mas no les serían aceptados). Y aparecerá ante ellos, procedente de Al-lah, (un castigo) que nunca imaginaron. (Noor International)
Si ceux qui ont été injustes possédaient tout ce qu’il y a sur terre, et (qu’y soit ajoutée) une fois autant (de possession), ils le paieraient volontiers en rançon pour échapper au pire des supplices au Jour de la Résurrection. (Ce jour-là) il leur apparaîtra, (venant) d’Allah, ce à quoi ils ne s’attendaient guère. (Noor International)
और जिन लोगों ने अत्याचार किया है, अगर धरती की सारी चीज़ें उनकी हो जाएँ, और उनके साथ उतना ही और भी, तो वे क़ियामत के दिन बुरी यातना से बचने के लिए इन सारी चीज़ों को फ़िदया में दे देंगे।[10] तथा अल्लाह की ओर से उनके लिए वह बात खुल जाएगी, जिसका वे गुमान भी न करते थे। (Al-Umary)
假若地面上的一切都归不义者所有，再加上同样的一份，他们必用做赎金，以赎取复活日的严刑。他们没有料到的刑罚，将从安拉那里，对他们显现出来。 (Makin)
