وَقَوۡلِهِمۡ إِنَّا قَتَلۡنَا ٱلۡمَسِيحَ عِيسَى ٱبۡنَ مَرۡيَمَ رَسُولَ ٱللَّهِ وَمَا قَتَلُوهُ وَمَا صَلَبُوهُ وَلَٰكِن شُبِّهَ لَهُمۡۚ وَإِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱخۡتَلَفُواْ فِيهِ لَفِي شَكّٖ مِّنۡهُۚ مَا لَهُم بِهِۦ مِنۡ عِلۡمٍ إِلَّا ٱتِّبَاعَ ٱلظَّنِّۚ وَمَا قَتَلُوهُ يَقِينَۢا
and for their saying, “We killed the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, the messenger of Allah.” But they did not kill him nor did they crucify him, but it was made to appear to them so. Even those who dispute it are in doubt about it; they have no certain knowledge other than conjecture. But they certainly did not kill him. (Rowwad Translation)
y por decir (burlándose): «Hemos matado al Mesías Jesús, hijo de María, el profeta de Al-lah». Pero, no lo mataron ni lo crucificaron, sino que se les hizo creer[170]. Y quienes discrepan sobre ello están llenos de dudas. No tienen ninguna certeza y tan solo se apoyan en conjeturas, pues, con toda seguridad, no lo mataron; (Noor International)
Et parce qu’ils ont dit : « Nous avons tué le Messie, Jésus fils de Marie, le Messager d’Allah. » Or ils ne l’ont point tué, pas plus qu’ils ne l’ont crucifié, mais ils étaient victimes d’une pure illusion. Ceux dont les avis étaient partagés à son sujet sont restés dans le doute : ils n’en ont aucune science et ne font que recourir aux supputations. Certainement, ils ne l’ont point tué. तथा उनके (गर्व से) यह कहने के कारण कि निःसंदेह हमने ही अल्लाह के रसूल मरयम के पुत्र ईसा मसीह को क़त्ल किया। हालाँकि न उन्होंने उसे क़त्ल किया और न उसे सूली पर चढ़ाया, बल्कि उनके लिए (किसी को मसीह का) सदृश बना दिया गया। निःसंदेह जिन लोगों ने इस मामले में मतभेद किया, निश्चय वे इसके संबंध में बड़े संदेह में हैं। उन्हें इसके संबंध में अनुमान का पालन करने के सिवा कोई ज्ञान नहीं, और उन्होंने उसे निश्चित रूप से क़त्ल नहीं किया। (Al-Umary)
又因为他们说：“我们确已杀死了麦西哈-----尔撒，本，麦尔彦，——安拉的使者。”他们既没有杀死他，也没有把他钉死在十字架上，但他们不明白这件事的真相。为尔撒而争论的人，对于他的被杀害，确是在迷惑之中。他们对于这件事，毫无认识，不过根据猜想罢了。他们没能确实地杀死他。 (Makin)
