وَلَئِنۡ أَذَقۡنَٰهُ رَحۡمَةٗ مِّنَّا مِنۢ بَعۡدِ ضَرَّآءَ مَسَّتۡهُ لَيَقُولَنَّ هَٰذَا لِي وَمَآ أَظُنُّ ٱلسَّاعَةَ قَآئِمَةٗ وَلَئِن رُّجِعۡتُ إِلَىٰ رَبِّيٓ إِنَّ لِي عِندَهُۥ لَلۡحُسۡنَىٰۚ فَلَنُنَبِّئَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِمَا عَمِلُواْ وَلَنُذِيقَنَّهُم مِّنۡ عَذَابٍ غَلِيظٖ
But if We give him a taste of mercy from Us after being inflicted with adversity, he will surely say, “This is my due[21], and I do not think that the Hour will ever come, but if I am brought back to my Lord, I will surely have with Him the best [reward].” We will surely inform the disbelievers of what they did, and We will surely make them taste a harsh punishment. Y si le enviamos Nuestra misericordia después de haber sufrido la adversidad, dice: «Esto lo he conseguido por mérito propio, y no creo que la Hora tenga lugar. Y si de verdad regresara a mi Señor, se me concederíalo mejor de todo (el paraíso)»Y, realmente, informaremos a quienes rechazaban la verdad sobre lo que hicieron y los haremos sufrir un severo castigo. Si Nous lui faisons goûter de Notre grâce, après un malheur, il proclame : « Cela est mon dû, et je ne pense pas que l’Heure arrivera. Si jamais je devais être ramené à mon Seigneur, je trouverais auprès de Lui la plus belle des récompenses. » Nous informerons certes les mécréants de ce qu’ils auront commis, et Nous leur ferons goûter au plus grand des supplices. और निश्चय यदि हम उसे, किसी तकलीफ़ के पश्चात् जो उसे पहुँची हो, अपनी रहमत का मज़ा चखाएँ, तो अवश्य कहेगा : यह मेरा हक़ है, और मैं नहीं समझता कि क़ियामत आने वाली है, और यदि मैं अपने पालनहार की ओर लौटाया गया, तो निश्चय ही मेरे लिए उसके पास अवश्य भलाई है। अतः हम निश्चय उन लोगों को जिन्होंने कुफ़्र किया अवश्य बता देंगे जो कुछ उन्होंने किया, तथा निश्चय हम उन्हें एक कठिन यातना अवश्य चखाएँगे।[18] (Al-Umary)
他遭遇患难之后，如果我使他尝试从我降下的恩惠，他必定说：“这是我用工作换来的。我不信复活时会到来。如果我被召去见我的主，则我在他那里必受至善的报酬。”我必将不信道者的行为告诉他们，我必使他们尝试严重的刑罚。 (Makin)
