وَإِذَا بُشِّرَ أَحَدُهُم بِمَا ضَرَبَ لِلرَّحۡمَٰنِ مَثَلٗا ظَلَّ وَجۡهُهُۥ مُسۡوَدّٗا وَهُوَ كَظِيمٌ
When one of them is given tidings of [a baby girl] the like of which he ascribes to the Most Compassionate, his face darkens as he suppresses his rage. (Rowwad Translation)
Y, no obstante, cuando a uno de ellos se le anuncia el nacimiento de lo que atribuyen a Al-lah (las hijas), su rostro se ensombrece y se angustia. (Noor International)
Annonce-t-on à l’un d’eux (la naissance) de ce qu’il attribue de semblable au Tout Clément, il en a le visage assombri et il en est très affligé. (Noor International)
हालाँकि जब उनमें से किसी को उस चीज़ की मंगल सूचना दी जाए, जिसकी उसने रहमान (परम दयावान्) के लिए मिसाल बयान की है, तो उसके मुँह पर कलौंस[6] छा जाती है और वह शोक से भर जाता है। (Al-Umary)
