وَمِن قَبۡلِهِۦ كِتَٰبُ مُوسَىٰٓ إِمَامٗا وَرَحۡمَةٗۚ وَهَٰذَا كِتَٰبٞ مُّصَدِّقٞ لِّسَانًا عَرَبِيّٗا لِّيُنذِرَ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ وَبُشۡرَىٰ لِلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ
And before it was the Scripture of Moses a guide and a mercy. This Book is a confirmation of it, in the Arabic language, in order to warn those who do wrong and give glad tidings to those who do good. (Rowwad Translation)
Y (Al-lah reveló) con anterioridad las Escrituras (la Torá) a Moisés como guía y misericordia. Y este Libro (el Corán) confirma las Escrituras anteriores (antes de que fueran alteradas por el hombre) y ha sido revelado enclara lengua árabe para advertir a los injustos (que rechazan la verdad) y anunciar buenas noticias a quienes hacen el bien (y creen). Avant lui, il y eut le Livre de Moïse, en guide et miséricorde. Et celui-ci est un Livre qui (le) confirme, en langue arabe, pour avertir les injustes et annoncer l’heureuse nouvelle aux bienfaiteurs. (Noor International)
तथा इससे पूर्व मूसा की पुस्तक पेशवा और दया थी। और यह एक पुष्टि करने वाली[9] किताब (क़ुरआन) अरबी[10] भाषा में है, ताकि उन लोगों को डराए जिन्होंने अत्याचार किया और नेकी करने वालों के लिए शुभ-सूचना हो। (Al-Umary)
