الآية السابقة
فَإِنۡ عُثِرَ عَلَىٰٓ أَنَّهُمَا ٱسۡتَحَقَّآ إِثۡمٗا فَـَٔاخَرَانِ يَقُومَانِ مَقَامَهُمَا مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱسۡتَحَقَّ عَلَيۡهِمُ ٱلۡأَوۡلَيَٰنِ فَيُقۡسِمَانِ بِٱللَّهِ لَشَهَٰدَتُنَآ أَحَقُّ مِن شَهَٰدَتِهِمَا وَمَا ٱعۡتَدَيۡنَآ إِنَّآ إِذٗا لَّمِنَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
If they are found guilty [of false testimony], let two others take their place, nearest in kin from among those who claim a lawful right, and let them swear by Allah, “Our testimony is more truthful than their testimony, and we have not transgressed, for then we would surely be among the wrongdoers.” (Rowwad Translation)
Y si se descubre que ambos han pecado (porque han mentido o se han hecho con parte de la herencia del testamento), que otros dos testigos de entre los parientes más cercanos del fallecido ocupen su lugar y juren por Al-lah (lo siguiente): «Nuestro testimonio es más verídico que el de los testigos anteriores y no nos hemos excedido (al acusarlos de mentir), de lo contrario estaríamos entre los injustos». S’il est constaté que ces deux témoins ont failli à leur devoir, alors deux autres prendront leur place, parmi ceux qui auront découvert le manquement des deux premiers. Les deux prêteront au nom d’Allah ce serment : « Notre témoignage est certes plus juste que le leur, et nous n’avons passé outre (à aucun de nos devoirs), ou alors nous serions du nombre des injustes. » (Noor International)
फिर यदि पता चले कि निःसंदेह वे दोनों (गवाह) किसी पाप के पात्र हुए हैं, तो उन दोनों के स्थान पर, दो अन्य गवाह खड़े हों, उनमें से जिनका हक़ दबाया गया है, जो (मरे हुए व्यक्ति के) अधिक निकट हों। फिर वे दोनों अल्लाह की क़समें खाएँ कि हमारी गवाही उन दोनों की गवाही से अधिक सच्ची है और हमने कोई ज़्यादती नहीं की। निःसंदेह हम उस समय निश्चय अत्याचारियों में से होंगे। (Al-Umary)
如果发现他俩犯罪的证据，那么，别的两个人代替他俩。（那两个人），应当是享有权利的人中与死者最亲近的人。他俩应奉安拉之名发誓：“我俩的作证，是比他俩的作证更真实的。我俩没有超越法度；否则，我俩必是不义的人。” (Makin)
