وَمِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّا نَصَٰرَىٰٓ أَخَذۡنَا مِيثَٰقَهُمۡ فَنَسُواْ حَظّٗا مِّمَّا ذُكِّرُواْ بِهِۦ فَأَغۡرَيۡنَا بَيۡنَهُمُ ٱلۡعَدَاوَةَ وَٱلۡبَغۡضَآءَ إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِۚ وَسَوۡفَ يُنَبِّئُهُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَصۡنَعُونَ
And from among those who say, “We are Christians,” We took a covenant from them, but they forgot a part of what was enjoined upon them[15]. So We induced hostility and hatred among them[16] until the Day of Resurrection, and Allah will inform them of what they used to do. (Rowwad Translation)
Y (también) establecimos un pacto con quienes se llamaban a sí mismos cristianos, pero abandonaron parte de lo que mencionaban sus Escrituras; y suscitamos entre ellos (entre las diferentes sectas que surgieron) la enemistad y el odio hasta el Día de la Resurrección. Y Al-lah les informará de lo que hacían (y los juzgará por ello). (Noor International)
Et nous avons, de même, pris un engagement sur ceux qui disent : « Nous sommes chrétiens. » Mais ils ont oublié une partie de ce qui leur avait été rappelé. Nous avons alors semé entre eux l’hostilité et l’animosité jusqu’au Jour de la Résurrection. Et Allah les informera, certes, de ce qu’ils faisaient. (Noor International)
तथा जिन लोगों ने कहा कि हम ईसाई हैं, हमने उनसे (भी) दृढ़ वचन लिया, फिर वे उसका एक हिस्सा भूल गए जिसका उन्हें उपदेश दिया गया था। अतः हमने उनके बीच क़ियामत के दिन तक के लिए दुश्मनी और द्वेष भड़का दिया। और शीघ्र ही अल्लाह उन्हें उसकी ख़बर[17] देगा, जो वे किया करते थे। (Al-Umary)
自称基督教的人，我曾与他们缔约，但他们抛弃自己所受的一部分劝戒，故我使他们互相仇恨，至于复活日。那时，安拉要把他们的行为告诉他们。 (Makin)
