وَقَفَّيۡنَا عَلَىٰٓ ءَاثَٰرِهِم بِعِيسَى ٱبۡنِ مَرۡيَمَ مُصَدِّقٗا لِّمَا بَيۡنَ يَدَيۡهِ مِنَ ٱلتَّوۡرَىٰةِۖ وَءَاتَيۡنَٰهُ ٱلۡإِنجِيلَ فِيهِ هُدٗى وَنُورٞ وَمُصَدِّقٗا لِّمَا بَيۡنَ يَدَيۡهِ مِنَ ٱلتَّوۡرَىٰةِ وَهُدٗى وَمَوۡعِظَةٗ لِّلۡمُتَّقِينَ
And in their footsteps[44] We sent Jesus, son of Mary, confirming the Torah that came before him, and We gave him the Gospel that contained guidance and light, confirming what came before it in the Torah; and guidance and admonition for the righteous. (Rowwad Translation)
E hicimos que Jesús, hijo de María, siguiera los pasos (de los profetas enviados previamente al pueblo de Israel) confirmando la Torá que había sido revelada con anterioridad. Y le concedimos (a Jesús) el Evangelio que guiaba (hacia la verdad) y esclarecía (los preceptos de Al-lah) y confirmaba el contenido de la Torá, y era una guía y una exhortación para los piadosos. Nous avons, après eux, envoyé Jésus, fils de Marie, qui est venu confirmer ce qu’il y avait avant lui dans la Torah. Nous lui avons donné l’Évangile contenant une orientation juste (hudâ) et une lumière, confirmant encore ce qu’il y avait avant lui dans la Torah, comme guide pour les gens pieux et comme bonne exhortation. और हमने उनके पीछे उन्हीं के पद-चिन्हों पर मरयम के बेटे ईसा को भेजा, जो उससे पहले (उतरने वाली) तौरात की पुष्टि करने वाला था तथा हमने उसे इंजील प्रदान की, जिसमें मार्गदर्शन और प्रकाश थी और वह उससे पूर्व (उतरने वाली किताब) तौरात की पुष्टि करने वाली थी तथा वह (अल्लाह से) डरने वालों के लिए सर्वथा मार्गदर्शन और उपदेश थी। (Al-Umary)
我在众使者之后续派麦尔彦之子尔撒，以证实在他之前的《讨拉特》，并赏赐他《引支勒》，其中有向导和光明，能证实在他之前的《讨拉特》，并作敬畏者的向导和劝谏。 (Makin)
