ثُمَّ قَفَّيۡنَا عَلَىٰٓ ءَاثَٰرِهِم بِرُسُلِنَا وَقَفَّيۡنَا بِعِيسَى ٱبۡنِ مَرۡيَمَ وَءَاتَيۡنَٰهُ ٱلۡإِنجِيلَۖ وَجَعَلۡنَا فِي قُلُوبِ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّبَعُوهُ رَأۡفَةٗ وَرَحۡمَةٗۚ وَرَهۡبَانِيَّةً ٱبۡتَدَعُوهَا مَا كَتَبۡنَٰهَا عَلَيۡهِمۡ إِلَّا ٱبۡتِغَآءَ رِضۡوَٰنِ ٱللَّهِ فَمَا رَعَوۡهَا حَقَّ رِعَايَتِهَاۖ فَـَٔاتَيۡنَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مِنۡهُمۡ أَجۡرَهُمۡۖ وَكَثِيرٞ مِّنۡهُمۡ فَٰسِقُونَ
Then We sent Our messengers in their footsteps, and We sent after them Jesus, son of Mary; We gave him the Gospel and instilled kindness and mercy in the hearts of those who followed him. As for monasticism, they invented it – We did not prescribe it for them – seeking thereby Allah’s pleasure, yet they did not observe it faithfully. So We gave those who believed among them their reward, but most of them are evildoers. (Rowwad Translation)
Después hicimos que los sucedieran otros mensajeros. Y enviamos como mensajero a Jesús, hijo de María, a quien concedimos el Evangelio; e infundimos en los corazones de quienes lo siguieron la compasión y la misericordia. Y ellos establecieron el monacato, sin que Nos se lo prescribiéramos, anhelando la complacencia de Al-lah; pero no lo cumplieron como debían. Y concedimos su debida recompensa a quienes de entre ellos creyeron (y no alteraron la verdad); pero muchos fueron rebeldes (al desobedecer los mandatos de Al-lah). (Noor International)
Puis Nous leur fîmes succéder Nos Messagers (ultérieurs), et envoyâmes à leur suite Jésus, fils de Marie, à qui Nous confiâmes l’Évangile. Nous mîmes alors dans les cœurs de ses adeptes la pitié et la clémence. La vie monacale, ce sont eux qui l’inventèrent sans que Nous ne la leur imposions. (Par elle), ils voulaient obtenir la satisfaction d’Allah, mais ils ne surent l’appliquer telle qu’elle aurait dû l’être. Nous accordâmes leur récompense à ceux d’entre eux qui ont cru. Mais (les autres), pour la plupart, sont des pervers. (Noor International)
फिर हमने उनके पद्चिह्नों पर निरंतर अपने रसूल भेजे। और उनके पीछे मरयम के पुत्र ईसा को भेजा, और उसे इंजील प्रदान किया, और हमने उन लोगों के दिलों में जिन्होंने उसका अनुसरण किया नर्मी और मेहरबानी रख दी। रहा संन्यास, तो उन्होंने खुद इसका आविष्कार किया, हमने उसे उनके ऊपर अनिवार्य नहीं किया[15] था, परंतु अल्लाह की प्रसन्नता प्राप्त करने के लिए (उन्होंने ऐसा किया)। फिर उन्होंने उसका पूर्ण रूप से पालन नहीं किया। फिर हमने उनमें से जो लोग ईमान लाए उन्हें उनका बदला प्रदान कर दिया और उनमें से बहुत-से लोग अवज्ञाकारी हैं। (Al-Umary)
在他们之后，我曾继续派遣我的众使者，我又继续派遣麦尔彦之子尔撒，我赏赐他《引支勒》，我使他的信徒们心怀仁爱和慈悯。他们自创出家制--我未曾以出家为他们的定制--他们创设此制，以求安拉的喜悦；但他们未曾切实的遵守它，故我把报酬赏赐他们中的信道者。他们中有许多人是悖逆的。 (Makin)
