سَأَصۡرِفُ عَنۡ ءَايَٰتِيَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَتَكَبَّرُونَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ بِغَيۡرِ ٱلۡحَقِّ وَإِن يَرَوۡاْ كُلَّ ءَايَةٖ لَّا يُؤۡمِنُواْ بِهَا وَإِن يَرَوۡاْ سَبِيلَ ٱلرُّشۡدِ لَا يَتَّخِذُوهُ سَبِيلٗا وَإِن يَرَوۡاْ سَبِيلَ ٱلۡغَيِّ يَتَّخِذُوهُ سَبِيلٗاۚ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمۡ كَذَّبُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا وَكَانُواْ عَنۡهَا غَٰفِلِينَ
I will turn away from My signs those who are arrogant[49] in the land without any right. Even if they see every sign, they will still not believe in it; if they see the way of guidance, they will not follow it, but if they see the way of misguidance, they will follow it as their way. That is because they have rejected Our signs and were heedless of them. (Rowwad Translation)
Haré que quienes se llenan de arrogancia en la tierra sin justificación alguna no entiendan las pruebas de Mi poder (ni Mis mandatos). Aunque vieran todas las pruebas, no creerían en ellas, y aunque vieran el buen camino, no lo tomarían; mientras que si vieran el camino del error, lo seguirían. Ello se debe a que negaron Nuestras pruebas y se desentendieron de ellas. (Noor International)
J’éloignerai de Mes Signes ceux qui sont injustement hautains sur terre. Quand bien même ils verraient tous les Signes, ils n’y croiraient point, et quand bien même ils verraient le chemin de la droiture, ils n’en feraient point leur chemin. Mais s’ils aperçoivent le chemin de l’erreur, ils l’emprunteront comme chemin. Cela, parce qu’ils ont renié Nos Signes et qu’ils y sont (totalement) indifférents. (Noor International)
मैं अपनी आयतों (निशानियों) से उन लोगों[48] को फेर दूँगा, जो धरती में नाहक़ बड़े बनते[49] हैं। और यदि वे प्रत्येक निशानी देख लें, तब भी उसपर ईमान नहीं लाते। और यदि वे भलाई का मार्ग देख लें, तो उसे मार्ग नहीं बनाते और यदि गुमराही का मार्ग देखें, तो उसे मार्ग बना लेते हैं। यह इस कारण कि उन्होंने हमारी आयतों (निशानियों) को झुठलाया और वे उनसे ग़ाफ़िल थे। (Al-Umary)
我将使那些在地方上妄自尊大的人离弃我的迹象，即使他们看见一切迹象，他们也不信它；如果他们看见正道，他们不把它当作道路；如果他们看见邪道，他们把它当作道路。这是因为他们不信我的迹象，而且忽视它。 (Makin)
