وَٱتَّخَذَ قَوۡمُ مُوسَىٰ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِۦ مِنۡ حُلِيِّهِمۡ عِجۡلٗا جَسَدٗا لَّهُۥ خُوَارٌۚ أَلَمۡ يَرَوۡاْ أَنَّهُۥ لَا يُكَلِّمُهُمۡ وَلَا يَهۡدِيهِمۡ سَبِيلًاۘ ٱتَّخَذُوهُ وَكَانُواْ ظَٰلِمِينَ
In his absence, the people of Moses took for worship an image of calf made from their jewelry that made a lowing sound. Did they not see that it could neither speak to them nor could it guide them[50] to any [straight] way? Yet they took it for worship and they were wrongdoers. (Rowwad Translation)
Y el pueblo de Moisés tomó, en la ausencia de este (por acudir a la cita con su Señor), a un becerro como divinidad que habían creado a partir de sus joyas (fundidas) y que parecía mugir. ¿Acaso no veían que no les hablaba ni podía guiarlos? Aun así lo tomaron como divinidad y fueron injustos. (Noor International)
Le peuple de Moïse, pendant son absence, prit (pour objet d’adoration) un veau (modelé à partir) de leurs ornements et qui produisait comme un mugissement. Ne voyaient-ils donc pas qu’il ne pouvait ni leur parler ni les guider vers aucune voie ? Ils le prirent (pour divinité) et furent vraiment injustes. (Noor International)
और मूसा की जाति ने उसके (पर्वत पर जाने के) पश्चात् अपने ज़ेवरों से एक बछड़ा बना लिया, जो एक शरीर था, जिसकी गाय जैसी आवाज़ थी। क्या उन्होंने यह नहीं देखा कि वह न तो उनसे बात करता[50] है और न उन्हें कोई राह दिखाता है? उन्होंने उसे (पूज्य) बना लिया तथा वे अत्याचारी थे। (Al-Umary)
穆萨的宗族在他（离开）之后，以他们的首饰铸成一头牛犊—— 一个有犊声的躯壳。难道他们不知道它不能和他们对话，不能指引他们道路吗？他们以它为神灵，他们是不义者。 (Makin)
