الآية السابقة
فَلَمۡ تَقۡتُلُوهُمۡ وَلَٰكِنَّ ٱللَّهَ قَتَلَهُمۡۚ وَمَا رَمَيۡتَ إِذۡ رَمَيۡتَ وَلَٰكِنَّ ٱللَّهَ رَمَىٰ وَلِيُبۡلِيَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ مِنۡهُ بَلَآءً حَسَنًاۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٞ
It was not you who killed them, but it was Allah Who killed them; and it was not you [O Prophet] who threw when you threw [a handful of sand][8] but it was Allah Who threw, so that He might test the believers with a great test. Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing. (Rowwad Translation)
Y no matasteis vosotros (al enemigo con vuestro propio poder en Badr), sino que fue Al-lah Quien lo hizo; y no fuiste tú (¡oh, Muhammad!) quien hizo que el puñado de tierra y guijarros que arrojaste llegase a los ojos del enemigo, sino que fue Al-lah Quien lo hizo (para derrotarlos) y para poner a los creyentes a prueba con los favores que recibían de parte de su Señor (la victoria y el botín). En verdad, Al-lah oye y conoce todas las cosas. (Noor International)
Vous ne les avez certes pas tués mais Allah les a tués ; et lorsque tu as jeté (une poignée de terre), (ce n’est pas toi qui) l’as jetée mais (c’est) Allah (Qui) l’a jetée. C’était pour soumettre les croyants à une bien belle épreuve, car Allah Entend Tout et Il est Omniscient. (Noor International)
अतः (रणक्षेत्र में) तुमने उन्हें क़त्ल नहीं किया, परंतु अल्लाह ने उन्हें क़त्ल किया। और (ऐ नबी!) आपने नहीं फेंका जब आपने फेंका, परंतु अल्लाह ने फेंका। और (यह इसलिए हुआ) ताकि वह इसके द्वारा ईमान वालों को अच्छी तरह आज़माए। निःसंदेह अल्लाह सब कुछ सुनने वाला, सब कुछ जानने वाला है।[6] (Al-Umary)
你们没有杀戮他们，而是安拉杀戮了他们；当你射击的时候，其实你并没有射击，而是安拉射击了。（他这样做）原为要把从自己发出的嘉惠赏赐信道的人们。安拉确是全聪的，确是全知的。 (Makin)
