وَٱلَّذِي قَدَّرَ فَهَدَىٰ
and Who determined [the creation] then inspired them, (Rowwad Translation)
ha determinado (el sustento o modo de vida de toda criatura) y las ha guiado (hacia ello), (Noor International)
Celui Qui prédestine et guide, (Noor International)
और जिसने (हर चीज़ को) अनुमानित किया, फिर मार्ग दिखाया। (Al-Umary)
他预定万物，而加以引导。 (Makin)
