الآية السابقة
وَمَا كَانَ ٱسۡتِغۡفَارُ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ لِأَبِيهِ إِلَّا عَن مَّوۡعِدَةٖ وَعَدَهَآ إِيَّاهُ فَلَمَّا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُۥٓ أَنَّهُۥ عَدُوّٞ لِّلَّهِ تَبَرَّأَ مِنۡهُۚ إِنَّ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ لَأَوَّٰهٌ حَلِيمٞ
As for the prayer of Abraham for his father’s forgiveness, it was only because of a promise he had made to him. However, when it became clear to him that he was an enemy of Allah, he dissociated himself from him[84]. Indeed, Abraham was tender-hearted and forbearing. (Rowwad Translation)
Y si Abraham pidió perdón por su padre, fue debido a una promesa que le hizo, pero, cuando vio con claridad que su padre era un enemigo de Al-lah, se desentendió de él. En verdad, Abraham invocaba constantemente a Al-lah y era tolerante. (Noor International)
Quant au pardon qu’Abraham implora pour son père, il ne le fit que parce qu’il le lui avait déjà promis.[210] Or, lorsqu’il eut la preuve évidente qu’il était l’ennemi d’Allah, il le désavoua. Car Abraham n’avait de cesse d’implorer et était magnanime. (Noor International)
और इबराहीम का अपने बाप के लिए क्षमा की प्रार्थना करना, केवल उस वादे[53] के कारण था जो उसने उससे किया था, फिर जब उसके सामने स्पष्ट हो गया कि वह वास्तव में अल्लाह का शत्रु है, तो उसने अपने आपको उससे अलग कर लिया। निःसंदेह इबराहीम बड़ा कोमल हृदय, अत्यंत सहनशील था। (Al-Umary)
先知和信士们，既知道多神教徒是火狱的居民，就不该为他们求饶，即使他们是自己的亲戚。 (Makin)
