وَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ مَن يَتَّخِذُ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ أَندَادٗا يُحِبُّونَهُمۡ كَحُبِّ ٱللَّهِۖ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ أَشَدُّ حُبّٗا لِّلَّهِۗ وَلَوۡ يَرَى ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوٓاْ إِذۡ يَرَوۡنَ ٱلۡعَذَابَ أَنَّ ٱلۡقُوَّةَ لِلَّهِ جَمِيعٗا وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَدِيدُ ٱلۡعَذَابِ
And among people, there are some who take others as equals to Allah[72]: they love them as they should love Allah. But those who believe are stronger in their love for Allah. If only the wrongdoers could see the punishment, they would surely realize that all power belongs to Allah and that Allah is severe in punishment. (Rowwad Translation)
Y entre los hombres, hay quienes toman como objeto de adoración ídolos a quienes equiparan con Al-lah en vez de adorarlo a Él, y los aman y enaltecen como solo Al-lah merece; pero los creyentes aman a Al-lah por encima de todas las cosas. ¡Ya sabrán los injustos, cuando vean el castigo (del infierno), que todo el poder pertenece a Al-lah y que Él es severo en el castigo! Il est des hommes qui prennent en dehors d’Allah (des idoles qu’ils considèrent comme) Ses émules, qu’ils aiment comme Allah doit être aimé. Mais ceux qui croient ont pour Allah un amour bien plus intense. Si seulement ceux qui ont commis des injustices pouvaient voir, lorsqu’ils souffriront le supplice, que la force absolue est à Allah et qu’Allah a le supplice très dur ! (Noor International)
कुछ लोग ऐसे भी हैं, जो अल्लाह के सिवा कुछ साझी बना लेते हैं, जिनसे वे अल्लाह के प्रेम जैसा प्रेम करते हैं। तथा वे लोग जो ईमान लाए, अल्लाह से प्रेम में सबसे बढ़कर होते हैं। और काश! वे लोग जिन्होंने अत्याचार किया उस समय को देख लें[84] जब वे यातना को देखेंगे,[85] (तो जान लें) कि निःसंदेह शक्ति सब की सब अल्लाह ही के लिए है और यह कि निःसंदेह अल्लाह बहुत सख़्त अज़ाब वाला है। (Al-Umary)
有些人，在安拉之外，别有崇拜，当做安拉的匹敌；他们敬爱那些匹敌，像敬爱安拉一样——信道的人们，对于敬爱安拉，尤为垦挚——当不义的人看见刑罚的时候，假若他们知道一切能力都是安拉的，安拉是刑罚严厉的……。 (Makin)
