لَا تَحۡسَبَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَفۡرَحُونَ بِمَآ أَتَواْ وَّيُحِبُّونَ أَن يُحۡمَدُواْ بِمَا لَمۡ يَفۡعَلُواْ فَلَا تَحۡسَبَنَّهُم بِمَفَازَةٖ مِّنَ ٱلۡعَذَابِۖ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٞ
Do not think of those who are delighted with their misdeeds and love to be praised for what they have not done[90]; so do not think that they will be safe from the punishment, and for them there will be a painful punishment. (Rowwad Translation)
No pienses que quienes se regocijan de las malas acciones que han realizado y gustan de ser elogiados por lo que no han hecho se librarán del tormento, pues tendrán un castigo doloroso. (Noor International)
Ne compte pas ceux qui jubilent de ce qu’ils ont accompli (comme œuvres), ou qui aiment à être loués de ce qu’ils n’ont pas fait, ne les compte donc pas à l’abri du supplice, car ils auront un très douloureux[131] supplice. (Noor International)
(ऐ नबी!) जो लोग[113] अपने कृत्यों पर प्रसन्न हो रहे हैं और चाहते हैं कि उन्हें उन कामों के लिए (भी) सराहा जाए, जो उन्होंने नहीं किए हैं, तो आप हरगिज़ यह न समझें कि वे यातना से बच जाएँगे। उनके लिए तो दुःखदायी यातना है। (Al-Umary)
有些人对于自己做过的事，洋洋得意；对于自己未曾做过的事，爱受赞颂，你绝不要认为他们将脱离刑罚，其实，他们将受痛苦的刑罚。 (Makin)
